Recently, Hemway announced the successful acquisition of Chuangli an old brand of iron manufacturer in Shenzhen.

Since its establishment, Hemway has been adhering to the enterprise tenet of "Lead, don’t follow", and is committed to providing high-quality clothing ironing equipment and solutions for the global garment products enterprises.

 

Founded in 1993, Chuangli has always focused on the research and development of high-quality industrial irons. Its type III bottle iron has created the new era of the industrial iron because of its streamline shape and the design of double vaporization chamber, semi-sealed heating element.

Mr.Yu Minghai, the founder of the Chuangli, is known as “ the first person in China's industrial iron”. Since the end of the 1980s, he began to introduce domestic and foreign technology, took the lead in the research and development of industrial iron, and trained a large number of technical and production management talents for China.

This acquisition is definitely a powerful combination. It will further enhance Hemway’s market competitiveness of the industrial iron product line.

It is reported that this acquisition is the direct acquisition of full ownership. All the assets of the Chuangli, including technology, intellectual property and core technical personnel, will be transferred to Hemway. The technical teams of both sides will integrate resources and share research and development experience and core technologies.
